About Us

JUNHERN ENTERPRISE founded in 2003, later name it be JUNHERN DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD in 2008, we have received significant recognition for our work in development and construction industry.

JUNHERN RESOURCES SDN BHD was establish in 2014, a subsidiary company involved in river sand mining under license with LUAS and KSSB. We have 9km river mining at Sg.Hulu Bernam at Kg.Serigala Selangor. Currency also forces into development.  

KLANY BUILDERS SDN BHD was establish in 2014, a company mainly forces in construction, as a main builder in civil structural and infra work work.

SUMBER ASAL SDN BHD was establish in 2015, a subsidiary company involved in finishing carpentry work factory located in Maubau Seremban and currently into development and construction.

BAY DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD was establish in 2016, by our group with forces new housing development.

KAPAR INDAH SDN BHD was establish in 2024, by our group with forces Felda Home project.

ANGKASA JD SDN BHD was establish in 2024, by our group with forces Angkasa JV project.

BAY CAPITAL SDN BHD was establish in 2024 mainly forces on capital investment.

Our group experience with public and private sector projects development including office buildings, industrial parks, retail establishments, religious facilities, apartment complexes, education and many other unique projects together with financing from banks. We also have a small works department which handles ID and renovation work for our clients need.
